We are unfortunatly unable to amend orders which have already been processed.

> We Dispatch parcels Monday - Friday only , We are out of the office on Saturday and Sunday.

> All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Next Working Day ( Monday ) .Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed we aim to dispatch your parcel within1- 2 working days.

Unfortunately we are unable to take telephone orders due to Security reasons.

We use Royal Mail's track and trace service for your convenience. You can track your item at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. On their website, you'll find an option to leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not home. Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 days, with an additional 2 days for bank holidays.

To return an order, ensure it's in the same condition as when it arrived, with all original labels, and within 7 days of receipt. Contact us at MBRboutique@hotmail.com before returning your item to process the return. Once we receive your return, we'll confirm via email within 24 hours. Our Quality Check team will then process the parcel to deem it resalable. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. You can return your purchase with your choice of courier, but we recommend using Royal Mail's track and trace service and retaining your receipt as proof.

We will email a confimation of your order with the delivery address.

Once your order has been dispatched from us you will receive a further emial with tracking information.

If your unhappy with the service we provide we are very sorry,you can raise your complaint by emailing us in order for us to resolve your issue . we will get back to you within 24hs by email.

Sometimes, due to high demand on popular items, your purchase may become unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to confirm the cancellation and arrange a full refund for the unavailable item.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be returned first in a resalable condition—unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange them. If the fit isn't right, let us know the required size in your email. If the size is sold out, we will notify you.
